This study aims to examine inclusive leadership practices in women's organizations in Australia and Indonesia. What structural changes are needed so that women are better represented in leadership positions as well as current issues surrounding the world of women. The main theory used is Inclusive Leadership, The Servant Leadership. Transformative
Feminist Leadership and Interpersonal Communication Skills. The research method is based on continuity descriptive research and action research. The results of the study generally show that gender issues are still an obstacle in women's struggles in Australia, but the ability to communicate, organize and understand the existing problems makes women's leaders in Australia more inclusive. In Indonesia, the main problems are in internal organizations include issues of leadership and communication skills.
