Analysis Factors Influencing the Intention to Transact for Tokopedia

E-commerce in general can be interpreted as buying and selling transactions electronically through internet media. An Example of e-commerce that is well-known in Indonesia is Tokopedia. According to the data, Tokopedia is an e-commerce website that ranks first in Indonesia, which implies that the public's interest in visiting the Tokopedia website is high.

This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model model by adopting the variables used in previous studies, namely, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Perceived Risk, Satisfaction with Past Transact, and Trust. This study will discuss the Tokopedia user acceptance factor, where Tokopedia is the number one e-commerce in Indonesia in terms of the most users, The result of this study will be compared with previous research in 2016. The data used to conduct this study was collected by distributing questionnaires through Google Form, and processed using Structural Equation Modeling method.
