Application Design Quality, Perceived Flow, Customer Satisfaction and Purchase Intention: A Case Study of Traveloka

This Study is analyze the relationships between, Application design quality, customer
satisfaction and purchase intention, in case study of Traveloka Indonesia (Online Travel
Agent). Moreover, this study also examine the perceived flow as a mediates the relationship
between the online travel agent application/website quality, consumer satisfaction and
purchase intentions.
The stimulus-organism-response model is used as the theoretical framework for this study. A
valid online questionnaires were collected to empirically test the measurement and structural
model using partial least square path modeling approach. The study sample includes hotel
guests who booked their hotels via online travel agencies application.
The Application design quality, customer satisfaction, perceived flow and purchase intention
are not well understood in current literature despite the significant important implication for
industry, academics, and consumers alike.
