The coworking phenomenon as a result of sharing economy has changed the concept of work from what was previously formal, bound to time and space to be flexible and more collaborative. In Indonesia, coworking space is growing rapidly over these past years in accordance with the growth in the number of startups and digital nomads communities. This study tries to look at the process of collaboration and networking between members as a catalyst for the open innovation process which lead to member productivity increment. This research was conducted in the form of a case study, in which researchers conducted in-depth observations and interviews with several members of the coworking space in the Jakarta area.
